My involvement with radio began at WLTL, my high school radio station in the Chicago suburbs, as a DJ and Music Director. I also worked as Music Director and then General Manager for KDRK at Drake University. Back home, I interned at WXRT/WSCR in the promotions and programming departments. Eventually, I shifted away from radio for many years, but was happy to start volunteering at CHIRP in 2018. I became one of the CHIRP Assistant Music Directors in 2021. I work in communications and graphic design, live with family in Avondale, and play drums in a local rock band.
